No Returns or Exchanges
Pre-Made Sets and Custom Orders: Due to customization, hygiene, and health regulations, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Custom Orders: PLEASE double-check your order for accuracy before submitting it. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately! If you catch us before we begin to make your nails, we can make any minor changes. However, if the order has been started, nothing can be changed. 

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
